This is a scheduled, time-based professional consultation service. Once a time slot has been reserved, it is no longer available to others. Please review the rules below before booking.
You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation under this policy.
Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) is not eligible for rescheduling. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you acknowledge that this is a scheduled service provided at a specific date and time. By booking and paying for a session, you expressly agree to the service being reserved for you and that any statutory withdrawal right does not apply once the service period has begun.
This notice is provided to clarify the nature of a time-based reservation service and does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
